Morning Sessions
After a light breakfast and informal networking, the day begins with the founder’s introduction followed by attendee introductions.
Consultants & advisors will discuss their first-hand experience of positioning multiple businesses in different verticals, the challenges they faced and how they overcame them.
The floor will be opened up for discussions with the attendees about their business and the challenges they are facing today. Our experts will help answer your questions and discuss how they would approach your business and which strategies they would employ.
Afternoon Sessions
The afternoon will be spent in a number of workshops where you will get the opportunity to deep dive into your business model, competitor analysis, market opportunity, funding strategy, growth trajectory, future funding, longer-term build and/or exit.
We will look at your current business model and pitch deck, giving you a top-level analysis from active investors who see pitch decks every day. Further analysis will be done by the team of experts who are responsible for writing pitch decks that have enabled millions of pounds of investment to be achieved across multiple businesses in various verticals.
We will help you improve on your existing business model and pitch deck or rewrite it, based on our proven formulas.
The end of these sessions will provide you with the opportunity to discuss whether the investors present would invest in your company or if there is someone in their wider network who would be interested in investment. You could have your new investor lined up after the first day.
Evening Meal & Networking
The evening meal, provided by an award-winning chef, will be a celebration of locally sourced produce; the perfect backdrop for further networking as well as one to one opportunities with the day’s speakers and investors.
Morning Sessions
After breakfast, there will be an opportunity to recap, ask questions and provide input on the previous day’s topics, followed by a new set of discussions:
Discover the latest technologies shaping the future and changing the digital marketing world. A look at what works and what doesn’t by the experts who have been in digital marketing from the beginning and have active highly successful businesses in the space. What are the latest technologies that will help you get your message out, what provides the best ROI, what are the multi-channel tactics you should be employing?
Lunch will provide further opportunities for networking and sharing your thoughts and ideas.
Afternoon Sessions
The afternoon will comprise of a pre-arranged activity to help get that mix of work and play just right, allowing everyone to begin the afternoon refreshed and exhilarated.
Following on from here there will be more workshops to take a deeper look into your product/service offering and your routes to market. We will look at opportunities for partnerships, JV’s, licensing and e-commerce via our wide and varied, closed networks as well as a deep look into your sales and marketing strategy.
Finish the workshops with a clear plan and the tools used by our experts to increase sales, improve conversions and get your message out.
Evening Meal & Networking
Again, the evening meal will provide a great opportunity to unwind and connect with fellow attendees.
Morning Sessions
On the final day, following breakfast, we will break into 2 tracks – Hardware and Software.
Each group will give you the chance to look at the latest technologies available to help your product or service succeed and then get to work on your specific requirements.
Hardware Track
During this session, we will look at your 3D Model and your 3D printed prototype if you provided us with the files prior to arriving. We will look at design for mass manufacturing, design for assembly, design for injection moulding and design for bridge manufacturing. Our experts have been through the design, prototype, manufacture, assemble and ship process and can help you get your product ready, providing you with all the tools and contacts needed to successfully launch a product when you leave.
Software Track
During these sessions, you will sit down with industry experts to have a detailed look at your existing code and architecture or if you are yet to develop your software, to help you plan for the build. Put the plans into place and then get ongoing support and advice after you leave to ensure you are able to continue implementing what we started in the workshops.
Afternoon Sessions
After a light lunch, the 2 tracks will continue until later in the afternoon at which point there will be a final catch-up and review of the outputs from the workshops including the plan for support after you leave.

3D Printing, Rapid Prototyping, Design for Mass Manufacturing & Bridge Manufacturing (Hardware Track)
Meet Poppy the Humanoid Robot and experience other 3D Printed prototypes alongside our 3D printers. We will work on your product and help you with the 3D design. Send us your .STL or 3D file before you arrive and you will leave with a 3D printed prototype.
Deep Dive on your Software (Software Track)
Our team of expert developers has produced cutting-edge patented software that is utilised in B2B & B2C applications. The team will work with you to look at your code and help you to refine, develop and position your product in the best way for funding and exit due diligence. Walk away with a coding strategy, tools to use and the beginnings of your restructured code to apply when you leave.
